Collage soothes the soul

Larger Dylusions journal. Watercolor, collage, Tombow pen

My new inspiration board. The plan is to fill it with the ideas I soon forget, then come back to.

Yesterday I tore one sheet out of the largest Canson watercolor paper pad, and cut it into 8x8 inch squares. That gave me a total of 6. Because I am not fond of the Canson paper for it's intended use, I don't mind using it for collages. I used Golden Soft Gel to adhere all of the pieces. Once dry, the paper is mostly flat. To make sure they completely flatten, I will load the stack of art journals on the desk on top of the collages today. Ya gotta laugh, right? Not sure these are done. I keep thinking about adding a small bundle of string or hemp to a few. So just moving on.

Still haven't tea dyed papers or material. I will get to that, because I want to use the paper from the tea bags. Why yes, I am crazy. You had to ask? Stay safe.
