We are all in the exact same situation. So if the entire nation is depressed, feeling isolated, no longer connected, there are bound to be problems. If I didn't have the dogs to talk to and hug, walk when the weather is decent, just sit and pet, I would be in a deep state of depression. If I didn't have art journaling or the ability to exercise at home, I would be suicidal. So let's all remember those that are alone in an apartment or house, and give them a call. Reach out for just a few minutes.

Stay healthy. Stay positive that we will survive this round, and start to prepare for the next. This is not the end. And for all those people that think this is a massive hoax, Karma is listening, and she really is a bitch.
