I watched 4 free videos on YouTube in the past 2 days. If you are looking for inspiration, YouTube is your friend right now. There is so much out there to kickstart your art journaling, or gel printing, or drawing.....I could go on. I find if I can immerse my mind into a spread like this, with either rock and roll playing in the background, or the tv on an old show or movie (not the news), I can forget this crisis for an hour. Yesterday I needed this. Today will be cleaning the house and then hit the art journals again. Rain all day. If we can get out, we will, for a walk.
Please stay busy. Please try a moment of meditation. Please try to calm your brain and heart as the days roll by. This is not going to be over soon. And my gut tells me we have not seen the worse yet. Take care of yourselves.
