Chocolate for Valentine's day. It collapsed. Sigh. |

Hint: I didn't spend any more money. Say what??? |

The house smells wonderful, and yet you say we can't eat chocolate. Hmmm. |
Don't you just love it when you offer to make the dessert for a dinner party, and it fails? Well, not exactly fails. Looks like it did, but we sliced into it anyway, put vanilla ice cream on it, and ate it. I so need a new stove because my oven has a mind of it's own. Runs hot, I never know how hot, and just is not the best. But truthfully, I'd rather spend money on art supplies. So there's that.
There are products on the market that you can put under, over, or in-between layers of paint to get the paint to crackle and chip. We did it with glue. The double page spread was a quick experiment in distressing, playing with acrylics, and using my Uniball pen to outline the flowers.
Hoping to get the dogs outside today for a walk. We shall see how fast it warms up to "mom won't freeze her ass off at the park". Have a good one.
Linda
