What? 

I dressed as a witch for Halloween, carrying a straw raven. We had fun, and it put smiles on a lot of faces. That is what it's all about. I also handed out candy to my classes all week.  There were about 22 kids last night that braved that wind and cold, snow blowing constantly, to come to my door. They all received handfuls of little chocolate bars. I feel if you voluntarily go out into that weather for candy, then damn it! you deserve a bunch.

A few quick watercolor journal pages yesterday, with some added Tombow markers.

The fairy girl sketch is based on a coloring book I bought for inspiration to draw. And once again her head is too big for her body. I do this every time. Really, really need to work on the proportions of anatomy in drawing. But it was fun to just doodle and relax with it. No plans to paint it, just leaving the Stabilo alone.

Gracie and Jake were in HIGH ALERT mode last night, and the barking became ridiculous. This photo was taken when I made her lie down in front of me and shut up. I swear, dogs are just like kids. That is a pout face if I ever saw one. Stay warm today.
