Stalled

Lilies in front of the house in early morning sun

White cone flowers this year are beautiful

I don't remember what these are but I want more

Early evening in the shade with mom's foot

I said "Meranda" to get Gracie to look at me
We had some rainfall overnight, but we really need a few days of steady rain. Everything is burning up. With all of the shade in the backyard, the grass does stay greener. My dogs are so spoiled. I planted 4 trees just for them, and all are quite big now. In just 10 years, they are able to stay relatively cool if there is a breeze.

I have done a few art journal pages, and just stopped because I didn't like what I had done. Have lost that edge of wanting and needing to create again. So much chaos and turmoil in this world, it is hard to maintain a level of normalcy. Seriously? I keep waiting for pigs to fly or Godzilla to enter Avon, Indiana. Wouldn't be surprised.

If you're looking for something to binge watch, may I recommend "Broadchurch" on Netflix. The British production is beautiful, story completely convoluted, and well acted. I am trying to stay away from it, just so it lasts longer. Started watching Season 1 on Tuesday, now half way through Season 2. Dang.

Stay safe. Wear the mask. Vote. Vote. Vote.
