For years I have used Dropbox as my cloud for saving photos. It worked like this: I took a photo on my Samsung phones (didn't matter which), then it automatically uploaded to the Dropbox cloud that I was paying for on an annual basis. If the photos didn't automatically upload, I always had the option to do it manually. I then had access to the Dropbox cloud on my Mac desktop, and my phone. Easy.
Did I happen to research if it would work the same way with the new IPhone I purchased with my stimulus check? (Had to stimulate the economy, folks) No, I did not. Does it work? No, it does not. I am in new waters here, paddling like crazy without a boat. I will figure it out. Trust me. I was able to download the Dropbox app to the phone. Getting the photos I am taking into Dropbox is another matter. Today's blog post is brought to you by Apple AirDrop. If I am sitting at the Mac with the IPhone, I can select and AirDrop photos to the Mac. They go into the downloads folder, so I need to read up on all of this. It will get done.
Having to wander through my Downloads folder made me realize that sucker needs to be cleaned out.
Happy Mother's Day early. My project for this weekend is to complete this new little junk journal, do a journal flip and video. Then see if I can upload it to this blog. I like challenges. I have anti-anxiety meds in the house. We're good to go....
