President's Day

Today's tag is a collage of tags. The stars were punched from a gel printed tag that, overall, I just didn't care for. But once cut up with the edges inked, it was okay. Really, really trying to use up some of the stash of papers and tags I have made over the years, and still hold onto. I have to do this, running out of room!
