This is my warped sense of humor at play. I wanted a vintage look tag complete with part of a doily sewn at the top. The two women are a die cut from a Tim Holtz pack, because I am using up supplies and not buying any. (and then she laughed and laughed and laughed). After I had the tag put together, I went through my sayings/stickers container. Everything was so predictable. Hence, Boogie Fever.
