Did an experiment in the art journal. Spread out some chalk paint by Waverly, which dried almost immediately, then sketched with the mechanical pencil. Used a blending tool to smear the lines, then added some color with Derwent Inktense pencils, and spread that with a wet brush. Was so very easy on top of the chalk paint. Love that!
Jake has been so good since Gracie's surgery. He knows something is wrong, basically leaves her alone, and waits patiently for me to have a moment to pet him. That's my boy.
