Jake and his box fan. A boy and his spot.

This is mostly Cathy's fault. She loves digital art stamps. If you are not familiar with them, you purchase a set of images from an artist online, download the files to your computer, and then can print them out as many times as you like. These are intended for personal use only, not mass production of greeting cards. The black and white flower, eye, border, and girl head in color came from Etsy. The artist is ElenaZinskiArt. All one word. She is in the UK, but her collections are really quite reasonable in price. For example, the black and white flower was one of 6 on one sheet, plus 6 different circle art pieces, and a sheet full of borders. All of it was $6.64. The drawback is you are "fussy" cutting the images out. Still fun.
It reached 84 degrees yesterday afternoon with high humidity. The dogs were panting in the house, because I opened up every window. First day for that, and I wanted fresh air. Obviously it was box fan time. I brought them in from the garage, cleaned the two fans, and set one up for the season in my bedroom. Jake jumped up, wagged his tail, and immediately settled into his spot. Gracie is not allowed in his spot, even if he isn't there. It's called the Dr. Sheldon Cooper syndrome.
Stay comfortable. I hesitate to say "stay cool" in case Mother Nature hits us with a really late season snow storm. One never knows.
