Read either a blog post or an Instagram post from Julie Fei Fan Balzer about taking a photo of your work, then changing that photo to black and white to see if there was enough contrast. I was intrigued, so chose the flowers that I knew had a lot of contrast. I like it just as well in b&w. But this will be a handy tip to use in the future. A quick and easy way to determine if you have paid enough attentions to hues and contrast.
Started a new collage canvas last night. The plan is to ship the dogs off to the Playground today, then play in the art studio. That is the plan.
