There is something under this layer. I don't remember what it is, but it was ugly and I didn't like how it turned out. This happens. So I cut a chunk of underlayment paper out from my stash, and adhered it to the tag. Pulled out some sticker words from Tim Holtz and done. Sometimes simplicity is the answer.
We have heavy rain, thunder, and flooding. Until tonight when it all freezes and we can skate all over central Indiana.
