A Mindy Lacefield inspired whimsical girl

I did get some tags done yesterday. Not as many as I would like, but will have to do. I am experimenting with colored pencils, charcoal, and water colors on some of the new little girls. Just playing around. Finding out what I like to work with, and what I don't. This girl has a light coat of white acrylic paint on her face, over the water color paint. Interesting effect that I will use in the future, but will switch it up a bit.
