I have not tried to paint on dried leaves, but I am going to collect some leaves today when I walk the dogs. This is so cool. Alisa states that her leaves have lasted for years. I'm sure the trick to to make absolutely certain your leaves are completely dry and pressed flat before you apply paint. Remember, too, that cheaper paint contains more water.
