I'm sorry I haven't posted anything, but it's been one of those weeks. I'm in the middle of taking certification courses for Silver Sneakers. This is a national program to encourage seniors (65 and older) to get out and exercise. These are really great classes, and should you know of anyone that would benefit from this, please ask your local fitness center, Y, or park district if they are offering any of the classes.
