This is hard work. I want more pay.

We are taking it easy today, not doing much. We could have gone sheep herding, but it was rather chilly this morning. I turned on the heat for the first time this season, and it felt pretty darn good. These photos are from last Wednesday at class. The sun is out although the sky is full of fluffy clouds, and we will head to the dog park in a bit for some much needed running.

It rained yesterday for over 2 hours. A nice, steady rain, not pouring so it would run off, but a good soaking rain. I am happy. As you look around my neighborhood, you know where the drainpipes are for the downspouts: every house has green grass for about a six foot radius at the end of the drainpipe. Looks kind of strange, but speaks volumes about our ground conditions.
