Catching up on moving paint

Inspiration pulled from Pinterest, artist not clear

Gel print in journal, then drew her in graphite, TomBow markers
I was going through my saved Instagram posts last night to clean out the ones I had already used as inspiration. Came across a bunch from SewCrazi, and decided to try one of her hairless girls on top on a dry gel print. My goal is to finish the two Canson Mixed Media journals I have going by the end of October.

The little witch was suppose to be more whimsical, but I find working on small faces extremely difficult. I also think her face is overdone. She was done with Daniel Smith watercolors. The spider web is a Tim Holtz stencil, with Apple Barrel Pavement paint. I did add some green TomBow markers in her hair, because I couldn't get the layered hues I wanted. Need to work on that some more, that technique.

More journaling today. I can see. Still limited on what I can physically do, so this is my solution to boredom.
