| Torn pieces of copied homework, ledgers pages, and old book pages with paint |
| Copies of old envelopes. The colors are fantastic! |
| One of my tags, along with an old paint swatch sheet |
| Tag on the left, the face is my art that I copied from a sketchbook |
| A vintage embroidery pattern piece, music paper, and on the right my last Toni Burt project on watercolor paper |
I am really enjoying this process. Pulling together old papers, washi tape, some of my tags, and other art work to put in this book. No thinking, just when a piece looks right, put it down with a glue stick. And that's the beauty of this project: I can sit, watching tv, with a container full of bits and pieces and play.
I want to alter the cover of the book, or at the very least the spine, when this is complete. That will take some thought.
Hope to work on this today. The grass needs mowing. The dogs need a walk. Sigh. Life is good.
