Art Journaling in the Junque journal

The 3 flowers were punched out of the file folder when I made the journal

Back of the page with collaged deli paper

Really like the transparent layers of color you can get with watercolor

This is in the last few pages of my junque journal that I made last winter. Kind of, sort of forgot about it with the classes I took. My goal is to finish this one up within the next week or two.

I keep telling myself that I absolutely need to do nothing but pages of facial features, ie: one page of different shape eyes, one page of noses, one page of mouths. Then I never get it done. Working on it.

The punched out flower shapes were over a blue denim type scrapbook paper page, and the blue just didn't go with the sprite. So I pulled out some painted deli papers and attached them as a start for the next spread. The black page is DecoArt black acrylic paint, the cheap version. It always covers beautifully, and doesn't curl the paper. Will be doing that trick quite a bit. I painted a very old scrapbook paper with the black.

Thanks for stopping by.
Linda
